What every piece must do

State a real decision problem in buyer language. Explain the economic or operating consequence. Make the reasoning inspectable. Give the reader something they can use without speaking to PromiseGuard.

How the formats differ

How-to content gives a practical sequence. Fireside chats surface the problem through role-based conversation. Deep dives define a concept, its boundaries and its application. Mental models give a reusable lens for judgment.

Fireside chat disclosure

Some fireside conversations are composite role-based conversations built from recurring enterprise patterns. They are clearly labelled as composite and are not presented as verbatim interviews with identifiable people.

Research and sourcing

When a claim depends on external research, the source should be visible and the claim should not exceed what the source supports. When a piece expresses a PromiseGuard hypothesis or model, it should be described as such.

Search discipline

We do not create pages solely because a keyword exists. A page must have a distinct reader job, a clear point of view and enough original value to stand on its own.
